Honest, healthy, tasty and fresh: As we make use of so many local products, our range is fair and organic. By using as many local products as possible, we reduce our food miles. Our products carry less than 300 food miles to get to De Ruwenberg. For products where this is not possible, we ensure that these comply with various sustainability features such as organic or fair trade.
In addition, we take into account; allergens, allergies and dietary preferences of our guests. Our Executive Chef is in possession of the Allergen Certificate, supported by the Dutch NVWA. We help you in putting together the perfect package!
The restaurant seats up to 250 guests, including a separate area for 70 guests. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 9 AM and lunch from 12 AM to 2 PM. Both are served buffet style. For dinner we welcome you between 6 PM and 8:30 PM.
In our packages is a four-course dinner included. At all times, we can take into account your dietary preferences or tailor a custom menu which suits your wishes.
A small snack can be enjoyed in our brasserie, where you can relax by the fire. If the weather is good there is the possibility to enjoy the natural environment on our royal terrace under a brolly or have a seat in our garden.
During the day you can use our bar to enjoy a cup of Illy coffee by the fireplace and read a variety of available newspapers. After an exhausting day the bar offers a great atmosphere to relax.
Do you wish to evaluate in a relaxing environment whilst enjoying a drink or two and a small snack. The bar is open daily until 01:00 hours.
